Fifteen contractors have been selected for a £120m housing framework covering London and the south east.
CHA Ventures has procured the contracts on behalf of itself and four other housing associations: One Housing Group, Community Housing Association, Toynbee Housing Association, and Island Homes Housing Association.
The framework agreement has been divided into three lots, banded by value, with six contractors appointed to each one.

The estimated annual value of the four-year framework is £30m.
The works are expected to include site preparation and demolition works, construction of buildings and associated infrastructure, internal fit-out and finishing works.
