Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association is inviting contractors to bid for a 10-year housing framework contract worth up to £250m.

The contract covers asset management services across central, southern and eastern England, including Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.

Last month, BPHA advertised for contractors interested in delivering £300m-worth of improvements to its housing stock.

The new framework covers: responsive repairs, voids, planned works, gas servicing and breakdown, electrical servicing and breakdown, cyclical decorating, groundworks, cleaning, and adaptation works.

The works will be divided into 12 lots. BPHA said it would seek single and multiple lot submissions, with a minimum of five contractors and a maximum of eight being selected for the overall framework.

The deadline for expressions of interest is 6 September.
