Housing association A2Dominion Group wants contractors to bid for places on a London construction framework, worth between £300m and £500m.
The maximum number of contractors likely to be appointed to the four-year contract is 24.
A2Dominion Group looks after 33,000 homes across London and southern England.
The work will be predominately new build, but may also involve, repair and refurbishment. Commercial elements may feature, either to shell or full fit out.
The framework will be divided into three lots:
- Lot 1 - projects worth less than £5m;
- Lot 2 - projects worth between £5m and £10m; and
- Lot 3 - projects with an estimated value of more than £10m.
Bidders are required to demonstrate an annual turnover of £5m or above if applying for Lot 1, £20m for Lot 2, and £25m for Lot 3.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 17 November.
