Chester and District Housing Trust has advertised a construction framework worth up to £50m over four years, with an option of a one-year extension.
The works included in the framework agreement will cover new build residential, mixed use and community construction projects.
The framework will be split into two lots: Lot 1 will cover minor works, valued at £50,000 to £800,000; Lot 2 will cover major works, valued at £800,000 to £30m.
The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 5 March.
