Construction of a hotel on the site of the former Boddingtons brewery site in Manchester has been given planning consent.
The 200-bed hotel, which has been pre-let to Travelodge, will be finished ready for summer 2011.
Deansgate Securities, a joint venture between Ask Developments and Yousef Tishbi's Realty Estates, is carrying out the regeneration of the 4ha site, north of Manchester city centre.
