22 Jun 10 Clark Contracts has secured over £10m-worth of new construction contracts.

Clark Contracts has secured over £10m-worth of new construction contracts.

The Paisley-based contractor's wins include:

  • The refurbishment and fit out of the GMB Union’s offices at Fountain House, at Charing Cross, Glasgow, worth £2m.
  • The refurbishment of Erskine Swimming Pool for Renfrewshire Council, worth £580,000.
  • The refurbishment of Level 9 of a hospital building at the Western Infirmary for NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde in Glasgow, worth £1.5m.

Smaller contracts include the refurbishment of the Doo’cot Inn for Samuel Smith Old Brewery in Edinburgh, a refurbishment contract from James Watt College, and a deal to extend the reception and create a new cafe area at Clydebank College.

Clark Contracts employs over 200 staff across the West of Scotland and Edinburgh.
