Clugston Construction has won £22m worth of new work, split across three contracts.
These are:
- Construction of 'The Hub', a £5m arts and leisure complex for young people at Barnard Castle in Teesdale;
- Refurbishment of Baths Hall in Scunthorpe, an entertainment venue, worth £14m;
- Construction of an extension and refurbishment of Beechwood Primary School in Middlesbrough, valued at £3m.
