A consortium of Welsh housing associations is looking for contractors to tackle up to £120m-worth of construction work across South Wales.

The Integrate Consortium will appoint up to 13 firms to the four-year framework contract.

The following housing associations are members of the consortium:
Cadwyn Housing Association; Cardiff Community Housing Association; Coastal Housing Group; First Choice Housing Association; Newydd Housing Association; Taff Housing Association; United Welsh Housing Association; and Valleys to Coast Housing.

The works will include new build housing developments, alterations to existing buildings, plus associated mixed use and regeneration schemes, including community, social and commercial facilities.

Bidders can apply for one, two or all three of the lots.

The deadline for expressions of interest is 16 July.
