18 Feb 10 Industrial developer Gazeley has won planning consent to build more than 500,000 sq ft of distribution space in the south of England

Industrial developer Gazeley has won planning consent to build more than 500,000 sq ft of distribution space in the south of England.

The firm announced today it had been granted detailed planning permission on sites in Bristol and Strood, Kent.

In Kent, Gazeley has received the green light for a ‘build-to-suit’ warehouse up to 275,000 sq ft, located at junction 2 of the M2.

In Bristol, the developer has the go-ahead for another ‘build-to-suit’ warehouse of up to 250,000 sq ft, on a 5ha site at Great Western Approach, the South West’s leading logistics location.
