Eight construction companies will share £73m-worth of work through Frameworks South West, a consortium of housing associations in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
The umbrella organisation, which acts as a procurement vehicle for a variety of affordable housing providers in the south west, has divided the work up into three regions (North Devon, South Devon, and Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly) and three value bands (below £1.5m, £1.5m to £3m, and above £3m).
In the North Devon and South Devon regions, all work will be shared by: Rok; Mi Space; EG Carter; ISG Pearce; Gilbert and Goode; and JB Leadbitter.
In the Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly region, work below £1.5m in value, and work worth between £1.5m and £3m, will be shared by: Rok; Mi Space; Gilbert and Goode; JB Leadbitter; Midas Homes; and Pearce Construction (Barnstaple).
In the Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly region, work worth more than £3m will be shared by: Rok; Mi Space; Gilbert and Goode; JB Leadbitter; Midas Homes; and ISG Pearce.
