Enterprise bags £56m London housing contract

Enterprise has been awarded a £56m refurbishment and upgrade contract by Family Mosaic, the London-based housing association.

The workload within the contract includes the renewal and upgrading of facilities in these properties.

The four year contract, which will commence in August 2010, has an annual value of up to £14m.

Family Mosaic has over 20,000 homes for rental, mainly in London and in Essex and also provides homes for people with special needs and temporary accommodation.
