Four win places on £75m Glasgow housing framework

Four contractors, including three local firms, have been picked by Glasgow City Council for a housing framework worth £75m.

The deal covers the design and construction of Maryhill Locks Phase 2, a new-build housing programme in Glasgow's 'canal corridor', in the north of the city.

Glasgow Housing Association, Maryhill Housing Association, and developer Isis are partnering with the council on the scheme.

City Building (Glasgow), CCG (Scotland), Cruden Building & Renewals, and Morgan Sindall's affordable housing arm Lovell are the contractors chosen for the framework.
