Shropshire construction company Frank Galliers, which went into administration last week, has gone into liquidation.
The contractor had debts of almost £10m and more than 400 creditors.
More than 130 jobs have been lost due to the closure of the firm.
A Frank Galliers director told the Shropshire Star he blamed the contractor’s demise on a contract dispute which left it £500,000 out of pocket.
