Glasgow City Council is looking for development partners for a planned £450m regeneration of the famous Gorbals housing area.
The Council is advertising the contract on behalf of Glasgow Housing Association and New Gorbals Housing Association.
The successful bidder would initially construct a first phase of 200 homes for social rent, with an option to construct a further 100 units for affordable tenure.
Additionally, it would enter an agreement with Glasgow City Council to deliver master planning, construction and development within the parameters of an approved masterplan.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 4 October.
