Construction equipment hire firm Hewden is tapping into World Cup fever by launching an exclusive range of England branded equipment available for hire throughout the UK.

The World Cup themed equipment covers Hewden’s multiple product portfolio including plant, cranes, access, power and accommodation units. The new range was officially launched in London by Britain’s Got Talent contestant and David Beckham lookalike, Andy Harmer.

The limited edition equipment is available for hire via Hewden’s designated ‘footy website’ www.hewden.co.uk/football.

Jeff Schofield, head of sales & marketing, Hewden said: “The World Cup is a magical sporting occasion and a time when the whole country can come together and get behind England. Every construction site across the country will be talking football for the next few weeks and through our patriotic equipment Hewden and its customers will be able to show their support for our team in South Africa.”

Hewden is also holding its own 5-a-side tournament this month, with over 20 of the construction industry’s biggest firms including Carillion and Balfour Beatty set to battle it out to be crowned Construction Site Soccer World Champions.
