ISG has won a £38m fit out contract for Man Group’s new London headquarters at Riverbank House this week.
The project for the leading alternative investment management organisation comprises a 320,000 sq ft fit out from shell and core.
Prior to winning the contract, the ISG team participated in a number of design workshops and worked with members of its supply chain to construct mock ups and samples of the key design features.
The workshops included all aspects of the interior fit out including sustainability, architectural, M&E, AV, programming, cost, catering options, base build interfacing and security.
Paul Cossell, managing director of ISG Interior said: “I was immensely impressed with the team’s ideas and innovations that have played a large part in ISG being awarded this project. It is without a doubt one of the most significant fit outs that has come to the market in the last six months.”
Work on the project starts this month and will be completed in January 2011.
