The London Development Agency is looking for a partner to develop a mixed-use scheme at the Albert Basin in east London’s Royal Docks.
The Gallions Quarter development will involve the construction of over 600 new homes to high environmental standards near Gallions Reach Docklands Light Railway station.
LDA deputy chief executive Peter Bishop said: "With the eyes of the world on London in the run-up to the 2012 Games, we are looking for partners who share our vision for east London. Gallions Quarter is an exciting opportunity to build a lasting legacy.
"We look forward to working with a development partner to build high-quality homes and create a sustainable community."
