Lakehouse and Mulalley have been picked for a five year housing framework by Sutton Housing Partnership which could be worth up to £25m.
The contract covers external repairs and refurbishment to properties in the London Borough of Sutton.
The works will be carried out under the PPC2000 contract and will include: windows, painting, roofing, brickwork, concrete, timber repairs, and pathways.
There were eight bidders for places on the framework.
