Yorkshire contractor Marshalls Construction has been awarded the contract to build the Broad Street Plaza in Halifax.
The Elland-based company will start on site at the end of July.
The £50m scheme will include a 100-room hotel, bowling alley, cinema, restaurants, and 429-space car park.
Client is Leeds developer Gregory Group.
The Plaza project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2011.
