Housing association London & Quadrant is inviting contractors to bid for places on a construction and regeneration framework worth between £250m and £400m.
The contract would run for a maximum period of four years, commencing on or around February 2011.
Successful bidders would provide building works and services across a range of new build, refurbishment, mixed use, and mixed tenure schemes.
The contract will covers a “substantial proportion” of L&Q's development programme across London and the south east of England. The housing association manages over 60,000 homes.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 16 September 2010.
