Mansell has been awarded a £10.4m contract for the construction a care home facility for Signature Senior Lifestyle at Expedier House, Hindhead, Surrey.
Split over three storeys, the home will provide 77 one and two bedroom flats and 20 special care dementia units. A dining room, lounge facilities and a care treatment unit will also be constructed.
Some 10% of the scheme's energy sources will be renewable.
Work will start on site this month and is due to complete August 2011.
