Six picked for £60m Arena housing framework

Six contractors have been selected by Arena Housing Group for a construction framework in the north west of England and Yorkshire.

The four-year contract is worth up to £60m.

The six firms who will share the work are:

• Cruden Group
• Herbert T Forrest
• Galliford Try Construction
• G & J Seddon
• Rok Building
• Keepmoat

The construction works will include: new build general needs housing; affordable family accommodation; homes for people with special needs; refurbishment of properties for general needs housing; and retirement villages.
