Tesco is looking for a contractor to build a £90m mixed-use development in Streatham, south London.
The scheme will be anchored by a 40,000 to 60,000 sq ft supermarket, subject to planning permission, plus multi-storey car park. The development will also feature a new leisure centre, with swimming pool and ice rink, private and affordable housing, public spaces, and bus interchange facilities.
Construction work is scheduled to start in June 2011, and be completed by January 2014.
Tesco expects to shortlist between five and seven contractors for the scheme.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 16 November.
A bidders' information seminar will be held on 4 November.
