Three contractors have been selected by housing association Midland Heart for a kitchen and bathroom installation framework in Birmingham.
Thomas Vale, Glendon Property Services, and GF Tomlinson are the winning firms.
The contractors will undertake the installation, renewal of kitchens and bathrooms, and the supply of bathrooms for social housing owned or managed by the Midland Heart.
The contract will run for four years with an option to extend for a further two years, subject to annual performance review.
There were 10 other bidders for the framework.
