Three contractors have been selected for site assembly work on a new housing development in Sunderland.
The three firms who will share £9m worth of work for Gentoo Group are:
- Wearmouth Construction & Plant
- Fred Mence Construction
- Lumsdon & Carroll Construction
The groundworks contract includes substructures, drainage and site works for approximately 260 new houses in four distinct developments.
