Vinci has been awarded a contract to construction two new schools in Caerphilly, South Wales.
Greenhill Primary School is a single-storey structure of approximately 1,948 sq m, and St James’ School is a two-storey building of around 2,436 sq m.
Both schools must be built to achieve a BREEAM rating of Excellent, and contain a minimum of 15% recycled material (by value)
Vinci saw off competition from six other bidders.
