The two companies are joining forces to operate under the brand SRM.
SRM orders are being managed through a newly created area hub based at the Stalybridge plants.
SRM hub manager Ryan Cropper said: “We are always looking at ways we can serve our customers better and through this convenient, streamlined process, coupled with increased capacity and a larger product portfolio, SRM is well positioned to lead the local concrete market.”
