The contract was awarded through the Fusion 21 public procurement enterprise.
Apollo will start work on occupied properties in Carlisle later this month. It has committed to using a local subcontractor and has also recruited a local site management team to oversee delivery of the project.
Divisional director Mike Edwards said: “We are delighted that Apollo has secured this important contract. As an existing client we are committed to delivering an excellent service for Riverside, and to ensuring that we also make a significant contribution to the community more generally, through providing employment opportunities and delivering activities and initiatives for residents in the area.”
