The development at 35 Vine Street in the City of London includes office space as well as 643 student rooms for King’s College London.
It has been designed by Hopkins Architects, with Robert Bird Group as structural engineer.
Balfour Beatty has been attached to the project for several months, and has built several of Urbanest’s previous schemes, but has only now formally signed the main construction contract.
