BAM Deutschland will build phase 1 of the East Side Office for client NDC Real Estate Management. Completion is due in early 2017.
The Postbahnhof Berlin development includes three projects, located along the Mühlenstraße and next to the former rail transport facilities of German Mail. All three have unobstructed views of the Spree River. In addition to office space, Postbahnhof Berlin will also incorporate apartments and hotel facilities.
The East Side Office has been designed by Thomas Müller - Ivan Reimann Architekten. BAM has commissioned the detailed design from WEP-Effingner Partner Architekten. The project includes the construction of underground parking and six to nine office floors with a total floor area of approximately 14,500m2.
