MBS Holding has withdrawn from the agreement, which was to have come into effect next week, as BAM cannot guarantee the revenue regarding future projects. The deal had been announced earlier this month.
As the sale will not now take place, BAM will close the precast yard after the current projects are completed. “Regretfully, this will mean that the thirteen employees at the yard will lose their jobs,” it said.
