The contract covers a variety of asset management services, including: responsive repairs, voids, planned works, major works, decorating, gas and electrical servicing, grounds maintenance, lift maintenance and upgrading.
The work has been divided into 10 lots:
- Lot 1: repairs, voids & planned works (area 1 - east),
- Lot 2: repairs, voids & planned works (area 2 - west),
- Lot 3: gas servicing & breakdown,
- Lot 4: electrical servicing & rewires,
- Lot 5: asbestos removal,
- Lot 6: asbestos testing and analysis,
- Lot 7: fire servicing and installations,
- Lot 8: legionella testing and remedial works,
- Lot 9: cleaning,
- Lot 10: lift maintenance.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 14 December.
