Simon Carey, managing director of the Gloucester based building company, said: “We were very pleased to win this contract against some very stiff competition . It really gives us a chance to show just what we can do when given the challenge. These buildings have a very complex design embracing the latest technology. It is a very environmentally friendly project, and has been designed to achieve an ‘excellent’ BREEAM environmental accreditation."
He continued: “These buildings are absolutely state of the art and represent the only new speculatively built Grade A office property of this size in Oxfordshire over the last five recent years.
“Some of the key features include an impressive three storey reception atrium, underfloor air conditioning, sensor controlled lighting with automatic dimmer, 13-people lift and showers with changing/locker rooms.”
