The world’s biggest construction trade fair, held in Munich every three years, saw all the major equipment and machinery manufacturers present their latest products. In total, there were 3,420 exhibitors from 57 countries. Of these, 39% were from Germany and 61% from abroad.
Klaus Dittrich, chairman & CEO of organiser Messe München, said: "Our exhibitors were delighted with the quality of the visitors here and with the international spread represented among them. Good business has been done here. With over 200,000 visitors from outside Germany, the number of international attendees was higher than ever before. The response this year has simply been outstanding."
The next Bauma is scheduled for 11-17 April 2016.
