The Wuhan Tahan masterplan is an 18ha office-led mixed-use development, strategically located in the city centre with close links to Wuhan Plaza business district, the financial business centre and Wangjiadun central business district. It will be an integrated living and working district and will have two landmark office towers.
The scheme is desighned to create a gateway for the transition from the city’s old business and trade district to the new emerging one. The urban complex will integrate office buildings with high end residential units, a terraced retail and entertainment podium and a 5-star hotel.
BDP is providing masterplanning, architecture, public realm and interior design for the project, which is due to start on site later this year.
