Network Rail has awarded Birse Rail a £1m contract for civils works in relation to the redoubling of the Cotswold Line (OWW route).
The contract involves work to four structures along the OWW route between Pershore in Worcestershire and Moreton-in-Marsh in Gloucestershire. The remit includes a bridge reconstruction, an embankment stabilisation and two underbridge waterproofing schemes.
