The site, carrieres.bouygues-construction.com, is for all potential candidates interested in a career in the group in France and elsewhere. It is designed to support recruitment across four principal categories of professions: design, construction, operation and support services.
Bouygues Construction’s human resources director Jean-Manuel Soussan said: “Men and women have always been Bouygues Construction’s primary asset. Hiring, integrating, training and developing people are priorities for us. Through this new HR site, our ambition is to raise awareness of the wide variety of our professions and our projects, along with the diversity of profiles that we are looking for.”
