Bristol Community Health provides a range of over 30 community healthcare services commissioned by the NHS in and around Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
Capita Symonds will be providing a range of property, estate and FM advice including management of Bristol Community Health’s estates portfolio, which includes leasehold and GP premises. It will also be managing the contract with the new NHS Property Services.
The ambition is to grow the relationship into a strategic estate partnership with other local provider trusts.
