Chas Berger & Sons will undertake work in one area under a contract worth £11.8m.
A second area will be taken on by DW Contractors under a contract worth £11m.
The five-year partnership deals comprise the external planned maintenance programme including external re-decorations and associated repairs, re-roofing, and window and door replacement.
