Stanton’s private equity owners have recruited Ian Steel as managing director. He succeeds Colin Richardson, who has taken early retirement after eight years in the post.
Precast concrete supplier Stanton Bonna changed its name to Sateba Stanton Precast following a reorganisation of assets by its new owner, private equity firm TowerBrook Capital Partners.
The new UK managing director, Ian Steel, joins from Sicame, a Frech manufacturer of electrical cable connectors.
“I feel honoured and excited to be given the opportunity to join Stanton Precast - working as a key part of the new Sateba Group in leading sustainability in the industry and putting people at the heart of what we do while growing this innovative and successful business,” he said.
