Contractor wanted for £24m college job

The redeveloped campus will include the college’s new Sustainable Construction Innovation Centre (SCIC).

The overall project cost, including professional fees, fit-out and VAT, is estimated at £30m. The main design and build contract is expected to come in at between £18m and £24m net.

The aim is to start construction next March and complete by September 2016.
