Crosslane Student Developments, part of the Crosslane Group, is planning a 117-bed student accommodation building on Woodhouse Square in Leeds
This is Crosslane’s first development in Leeds, but second in Yorkshire, and this follows its 437-bed purpose-built development in Sheffield, which is expected to be completed before the start of the new academic year in September 2017.
Completion of the Leeds scheme is planned for September 2018. Prime Student Living, the student lettings arm of Crosslane, will manage the property.
Crosslane has appointed DAY Architectural as architect for the development.
