The vehicle was stolen between 4.30pm on Wednesday 4th November and 7am the following morning. Thieves forced entry to a building site on Grange Road in Bushey via an access point on neighbouring Belmont Road.
Also stolen was a plate compactor, a disc cutter and other hand tools. The offenders also tried to take an excavator but were unsuccessful.
