The design and build contract at Repton Grove involves the demolition of 72 flats and redevelopment of the site to provide 149 new residential homes, ranging from three bedroom houses and duplexes to one bedroom flats. Associated works include the creation of a car park and an electricity substation, as well as landscaping. The scheme must meet Code for Sustainable Homes level 4. A maximum of six contractors will be invited to tender.
