Stevie McTeague, aged 51, was one of two men taken to hospital after the incident at the Terex Finlay factory on Thursday afternoon (15th July 2016). The second man was later discharged but Mr McTeague was kept in and died from his injuries two days later.

The Health & Safety Executive for Northern Ireland said that it was investigating the incident at Terex's Cookstown Road site, in Killyclogher near Omagh.
