Rob Frank joins BW as customer experience director after 16 years with Morgan Sindall where he was ‘perfect delivery director’, responsible for driving continuous improvement. He has been given the same responsibility at BW.
Additionally, Paul Smith, who was chief executive of Morgan Sindall Group from 2003 to 2013, has joined BW as non-executive chairman.
