Client is developer Athos (Manresa Road) Ltd, a joint venture between the Athos Group and the Carlyle Group.
The new development comprises two luxury houses, 15 luxury apartments and eight affordable houses. Work is expected to start on site next month, with the development anticipated to be completed in December 2012.
The contract award coincided with Galliford Try’s Scottish construction division, Morrison, picking up a £50m contract for Petrofac in the Shetlands.
