Galliford Try has secured two contracts in the commercial sector worth a total of £24.7m.
The first contract is a £16m deal to construct a 174-bedroom four star hotel in Birmingham for Hotel La Tour.
Galliford Try has also been awarded a £8.7 million contract to build a new motorway service area at Cherwell Valley in Oxfordshire for Moto Hospitality.
Group chief executive Greg Fitzgerald said: "These two contracts demonstrate our broad expertise in the commercial sector."
