This is the third contract awarded to GB by Signature following projects in Coombe and Marlow.
The new three- and four-storey development will have 87 private apartments in a mix of studios and one-bedroom suites, with 24 specifically for dementia care. Communal facilities will include a restaurant, hair salon, lounges, entertainment rooms and a bistro. It is anticipated that the new home will open to residents in autumn 2014.

Signature plans to build a further 11 new care homes in London and the Home Counties over the next four years, with a planned spend of more than £250m.
