The Z-62/40 diesel articulating boom lift is the successor to the Genie Z-60/34 boom lift. It is designed for outdoor construction and industrial applications. Genie says that it “combines the impressive lifting versatility with zero tail swing, outstanding outreach and up-and-over positioning capabilities”.
New features include the Genie ‘Fast Mast’ system, which enables the boom to be moved from full height to below grade, and from below grade to full height with the secondary boom fully raised, thus allowing operators to get up and down more efficiently.
With two or four-wheel drive, four-wheel steer option and the Genie TraX track drive system, the new Z-62/40 boom is also designed to be manoeuvrable on muddy or uneven ground.
